Nikki Taylor is an Amazon best-selling author, international speaker, leadership consultant and coach with more than 20 years of experience across HR, leadership and organisational development.

She is a global citizen after 17 years living abroad in Australia, Dubai and London. Her career has taken her from New Zealand across nearly every continent and these experiences gave her a unique perspective on people, resilience, and the power of reinvention, which is possible at any stage of life.

Professionally, Nikki has built a career across executive leadership, HR and learning and development, working with start-ups, hyper-growth ventures, family-run businesses, and large corporations. She has also been part of numerous pre-opening teams in hospitality, retail, and logistics - thriving in fast-paced, high-pressure environments where culture, people, and strategy make all the difference. Her ability to adapt across industries and cultures reflects her versatility and her skill in building high performing teams, shaping workplace culture, and enabling long-term organisational growth. 

After experiencing severe burnout, Nikki used the challenge as a turning point. She founded her own coaching and consulting practice, Tailored Collabs, while writing her Amazon best-selling debut book, Is This It?: Essential lessons for navigating midlife confusion with confidence.Today, she partners with organisations through consulting and leadership development, while coaching individuals to navigate burnout, career growth and life's defining moments with greater confidence and purpose.

Based in Auckland, New Zealand, Nikki draws on her global perspective, executive leadership and HR experience, alongside her lived experiences, to help people and organisations navigate change with clarity and confidence.
